Digital Revenue Launchpad
The Digital Revenue Launchpad helps publishers understand and test new reader revenue models such as subscriptions, membership or donations. Participants will build an ambitious plan over a unique, practical three-month-long experience for a select cohort of publishers with similar revenue diversification ambitions.
This programme is part of the Google News Initiative Digital Growth Programme and is run in partnership with FT Strategies - the Subscriptions Consultancy from the Financial Times that helps publishers build resilient and diverse business models that help their organisations thrive.
HOW TO APPLY?
To apply for Digital Revenue Launchpad you need to fill in this survey before the 5th of September 2021. Successful applicants will be contacted after to arrange an interview.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Publishers who are thinking about how to develop and market a reader revenue proposition and that have the capacity to launch experiments to test certain assumptions.
Recently launched or is seriously thinking of launching a direct to consumer proposition
CEO/ Senior leadership supportive of a digital reader revenue model
Located in Europe; the project team has a fluent level of English
Typical online monthly unique visitors: over 100,000
Can dedicate a cross-functional team of at least 2 people to the programme for ~5 hours/week across three months.
